peter rosberg - Head Coach

Peter was born in Detroit and began rowing for the Detroit Boat Club in high school. He went on to row four years at Marietta College in Ohio, and to a successful post-collegiate sculling career. He began coaching part-time in high school, and after a shoulder injury ended his competitive sculling career, he began to pursue coaching as a full-time vocation. He has coached several programs, most recently as head coach of Penn State University for the 6 years. He has only the highest goals for the program.


dylan quigley - HEAD novice coach

As a junior rower Dylan represented Ireland at the Homes International Regatta in Scotland in 2011, and won two national championships in the same season. Throughout college he enjoyed rowing recreationally and coaching, and graduated with a BS in Sports and Exercise Science. His coaching philosophy is aimed at developing healthy happy athletes who are intrinsically motivated and encourages the use of positive feedback to achieve short term goals consistently.
